Visibility begins with somatic intimacy.
Most of the patterns that keep us hiding, self-editing, overthinking, or performing, live beneath conscious awareness. Anybody can show up consistently but what really stands out is when you can show up consistently authentic. If visibility has been associated with judgment, rejection, or not belonging, the nervous system will unconsciously organize around protection rather than authentic expression.
By developing a deeper relationship with these subconscious patterns, we gain the ability to recognize them, be with them long enough to dissolve them, and choose differently. Authentic expression is what naturally emerges when we become intimate enough with ourselves that performance is no longer necessary.

Somatics of Visibility is a 3-week immersion to build intimacy with the nervous system patterns that lock you into a sense of performing and organizing your expression around approval rather than truth.
Together, we will explore what happens in the body when being seen feels unsafe, unravel the unconscious adaptations that have shaped how you show up in the world, and begin building the capacity to remain connected to yourself while fully expressing who you are.
Here you will learn how to teach your body and subconcious that authenticity is not dangerous, and that the expression of your original spirit is the gateway to all you’ve ever dreamed of.
As you release the patterns that keep you small, hidden, or performing for acceptance, new possibilities will emerge and you will become magnetic.
The life, relationships, opportunities, and impact you desire are often waiting on the other side of being fully seen.
